Now hiring: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in Haakon County, South Dakota. The job is at an FMCG production plant. On a typical shift you will weigh and portion products before bagging; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
