Great opportunity: we are hiring a tig welder in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Day to day you will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
