Great opportunity: site carpenter (Nebraska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Lincoln County, Nebraska. You will work at a shopfitting company. You will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Own basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $5,750 per project, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
