Catering cook • Greene County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Greene County, North Carolina. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
