Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Rockingham County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
