We are recruiting: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Randolph County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) Your main tasks: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
