Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Columbia County, Florida. You will work in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
