On a typical shift you will MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
