UPVC welding machine operator — Newton County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Newton County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine On a typical shift you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
