Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Rotating shifts.
