Vacancy available: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Tioga County, New York. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines The role involves: • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Carry out oil and filter changes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
