Cnc turner wanted in Decatur County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc turner in Decatur County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
