Steam press operator wanted in Pickett County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Pickett County, Tennessee. Day to day you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
