Trainee butcher — Damaturu

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Damaturu, Yobe State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Overtime paid at a premium rate.
