Fitter on the line • Saint Croix County, Wisconsin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Saint Croix County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day to day you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station. You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
