Vacancy available: back-of-house cleaner (Kebbi State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gwandu, Kebbi State. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around ₦450 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
