TIG welder — Prentiss County

Join our team: we are hiring a TIG welder in Prentiss County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
