Falsework carpenter wanted in Livingston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Livingston County, Kentucky. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves: • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
