We are recruiting: hoist operator (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a hoist operator in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
