Vacancy available: we are hiring a dogger in Gem County, Idaho. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles 6+ years on the tools preferred.
