Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Mendocino County, California. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines The role involves: • Fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware • De-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces • Read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
