We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Glasgow City, Scotland. You will work on a road construction project. You will maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
