Immediate opening: we are hiring an ironing operator in Brooke County, West Virginia. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Give each garment a final press before packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
