Production line inspector • Franklin County, Indiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in Franklin County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Requirements: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
