Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble polisher in Montgomery County, Indiana. You will work in a stone processing yard. What we are looking for: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades The role involves polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound; cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
