You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled 6+ years on the tools preferred.
