Urgent requirement: bakery assistant (North Carolina)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Edgecombe County, North Carolina. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 1+ years on the tools preferred.
