Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ionia County, Michigan. You will be based in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
