Now hiring: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Taos County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Overtime paid at a premium rate.
