Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in McCone County, Montana. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
