Immediate opening: automotive refinish painter (North Dakota)

Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Cass County, North Dakota. The job is at an accident repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Six days a week, one day off.
