Great opportunity: concrete worker (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete worker in McCreary County, Kentucky. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. On a typical shift you will fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days. Requirements: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
