Formwork carpenter wanted in City and Borough of Wakefield

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in City and Borough of Wakefield, England. Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
