We are recruiting: joiner (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a joiner in Sierra County, California. You will work on a commercial fit-out site. Day-to-day duties: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Requirements: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
