Production machine operator — Isiala-Ngwa South

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production machine operator in Isiala-Ngwa South, Abia State. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. On the job you will handle: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
