We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Full-time, day shift.
