What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S You will keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
