Lift technician — Wexford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift technician in Wexford County, Michigan. You will be based in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota 1+ years on the tools preferred.
