Urgent requirement: container truck driver (Mississippi)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a container truck driver in George County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card On a typical shift you will check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading.
