Dishwashing attendant wanted in Teton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Teton County, Wyoming. You will be based in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time, day shift.
