Gas pipe fitter — Grand Traverse County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Grand Traverse County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections Ideal candidate: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
