Commercial tyre fitter wanted in Lamar County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Lamar County, Alabama. The job is in a commercial truck tyre depot. Requirements: • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills Day-to-day duties: • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
