Waterproofing applicator wanted in Oceana County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Oceana County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Working-at-height certificate an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
