Elevator service technician — Jim Wells County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Jim Wells County, Texas. You will be based in a residential tower block. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
