Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Warren County, Iowa. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
