Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
