Immediate opening: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Plumas County, California. You will be based in a collision repair centre. Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
