Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble cutter in Caldwell County, North Carolina. You will work on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish What we are looking for: • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish 5+ years on the tools preferred.
