Great opportunity: captain waiter (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Greenwood County, Kansas. Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; clear and reset tables between covers. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
