Visual inspection operator • Ouachita Parish, Louisiana

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. On a typical shift you will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
